Warranty Clauses for Anonymous Wraps LLC & Website:

**1. General Warranty Information:**
Anonymous Wraps LLC, (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) provides the following warranty for the products and services offered on the website:

**3. Installation and Craftsmanship Warranty:**
The Company warrants the installation and craftsmanship of its products for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and installation.

**4. Materials Warranty:**
a. *Horizontal Surfaces:*
– The materials used in vinyl wraps, decals, graphics, banners, signs, and large format printing for horizontal surfaces are warranted by the manufacturer for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
b. *Vertical Surfaces:*
– The materials used in vinyl wraps, decals, graphics, banners, signs, and large format printing for vertical surfaces are warranted by the manufacturer for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.

**5. Exclusions and Limitations:**
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
– Normal wear and tear
– Improper installation not performed by the Company
– Misuse, abuse, or neglect
– Acts of nature, including but not limited to, fire, flood, and earthquake

**6. Claim Procedure:**
To make a warranty claim, the customer must:
– Contact the Company within the warranty period.
– Provide proof of purchase.
– Allow the Company to inspect the product and assess the claim.
